Sporting Diet - Terms and Conditions

Orders:
By viewing and purchasing from our web site you automatically agree to the following: -
You must be of appropriate age to purchase and view products from our web site.
By 'appropriate age' we mean that you must be 18 years old to purchase/view an item rated 18, 15 years old to purchase/view an item rated 15.

Products:
All the information on our website is deemed to be as accurate as possible, but if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team.
Occasionally some items may be out of stock due to high demand, therefore your item or items may be placed on back order.
Once stocks arrive (usually within 7 - 10 working days) goods will be dispatched immediately and you will be notified by email

Post & Packing:
We currently deliver to the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland.
UK Mainland deliveries are via the Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery Service.
Items are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
Postage is FREE, by default our website will choose the £1 recorded delivery option, you may deselect this and get FREE postage.
We cannot deliver outside of Europe.
We cannot be held responsible for any missing items if you have made an error with your delivery address details.

Returns:
Here at Sporting diet we offer a full 'no quibble' refund policy if you are not completely satisfied with your product.
Please write or email us within 10 days of purchase. We will then issue a unique Returns Authorisation Number and ask you to return product unopened and in good condition to the returns address.

Payment:
We accept the following payment types via our website:
PayPal, Google Checkout *coming soon* or Cheque.
Should there be any issues regarding your payment we will contact you by email.

Value Added Tax (VAT):
Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT if applicable and are in free circulation within the EU.
No further duties or taxes are payable upon receipt of your order, these are paid by Sporting Diet.
Individual items dispatched from Guernsey under the value of £18 are exempt from any Sales Tax (VAT).
Please note: Deliveries outside of the UK may be required to pay Sales Tax at the current rate applicable for your country.
